Upside-Down Coffee Cake Recipe

This is a wonderfully moist and gooey coffee cake! Use any type of fresh or frozen fruit, or a combination of two fruits. Peaches, cherries, blackberries, and/or raspberries are some of the best. The deep baking tray is required due to the caramel sauce boiling and the cake rising. Every time I serve it I get great reviews!
