Two classics John Hughes The teen comedies from the ’80s are turning 40, and to celebrate the occasion, Funko is releasing new assortments of the popular Pop! Collectibles. To celebrate the new release, Funko has teamed up with Collider to give you an exclusive first look at the characters from 1984 Sixteen candles And 1985 Breakfast Club Which will be available next year, and can be pre-ordered now.




Funko’s I Love 80’s line You will start with POP! Personalities of the main characters from the two films. the Sixteen candles The lineup will include Samantha Baker (Molly Ringwald(And beloved Jake Ryan)Michael Schoeffling). Breakfast Club The line will feature Funkos figures of a mind, an athlete, a basket case, a princess and a criminal… that is, Brian Johnson (Anthony Michael Hall), Andrew Clark (Emilio Estevez), Alison Reynolds (Ali Shidi), Claire Standish (Ringwald again), and John Bender (Jude Nelson). What is “The Breakfast Club” and “Sixteen Candles” about?


1985 Breakfast Club The film follows five mismatched high school students—obsessive Brian, jock Andrew, lonely Allison, popular Claire, and burnout Bender—who are brought together for an all-day Saturday detention session by disciplinary vice principal Richard Vernon (Paul Gleason).
