Ramos and Mendelsohn’s role in the film is not yet known, but the film is described as a horror film about “one man’s descent into the abandoned tunnels beneath the streets of New York City, where a twisted society lurks.”

The film is directed by Rob Savage, who previously directed the 2023 horror film The Boogeyman, 2021’s Dashcam, and 2020’s horror film Host. The film will be produced in part by Raphael Margulies and J.D. Lifshitz of BoulderLight Pictures.
