Dr. Stone Season 4 Teaser Trailer Previews Anime Series’ 2025 Return

Toho Animation shared the first version Dr. Stone Season 4 teaser for the upcoming return of the dystopian sci-fi drama. Stone Science Future, and the sequel is currently scheduled to premiere sometime in January 2025, more than a year since the 22-episode third season concluded.

“Several thousand years after a mysterious phenomenon turns all of humanity into stone, a highly intelligent, science-oriented boy, Senku Ishigami, awakens. Faced with a world of stone and the complete collapse of civilization, Senku decides to use science to rebuild the world. Starting with his extremely powerful childhood friend Taiju Aoki, who has awakened at the same time, will begin to rebuild civilization from scratch… Envisioning two million years of scientific history from the Stone Age to the present day, the story of an unprecedented crafting adventure is about to begin,” reads the anime’s official synopsis.

What happens in the Dr. Stone season 4 trailer?

The video gives fans a summary of Senku’s journey and his science kingdom throughout the series, including some of his amazing inventions. It also teases Senko and the gang’s next adventure, as they sail around the world. They are searching for materials to build a rocket ship, intended to lead them to their enemy’s hideout on the moon.

Dr. Stone is based on writer Riichiro Inagaki and illustration for Boichi’s beloved manga series of the same name. The series features the voices of Yusuke Kobayashi as Senko Ishigami, Makoto Furukawa as Taijo Aoki, Kana Ichinose as Yuzuriha Ogawa, Yuichi Nakamura as Tsukasa Shishio, Kengo Kawanishi as General Asagiri, General Sato as Chrom, and Manami Nomakura as Kohaku, And Karen Takahashi as Suika.
