Meek Mill Wants Promo Like D4vd for His Album Rollout

Meek Mill wants to know who to contact so he can get the same level of publicity that D4vd is currently getting over the death of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, whose body was found in a car registered to the singer.

Meek shared a post about D4vd transferring the deeds from his Texas home into his mother’s name and wrote as if he wanted a similar amount of coverage — with no indication in the post that he understood that. Why D4vd has been in many headlines.

“I need his promo to launch my album,” Mel wrote in the now-deleted Instagram Story, which was seen by Complex and can be viewed below by you. “Who should I call?”

It is not clear from Meek’s post whether he understands the full context of the investigation into Hernandez’s death.

One such change occurred on September 18, the same day police were called to a Houston home after a phone call in which someone falsely reported a female had died there after a shooting. The other residence bond was transferred on September 22.

D4vd has not yet spoken publicly about Hernandez’s death since her body was discovered in a Tesla — registered in his name — in September. He canceled the remaining US dates on his tour as the investigation into her death continued.

In a statement about D4vd, the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that it is not a suspect in Hernandez’s death, as her cause of death has not yet been determined.

“The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has not yet determined the cause or manner of death of Ms. Rivas Hernandez,” the statement read. “As such, it remains unclear whether there is any criminal liability beyond the concealment of her body.”

Late last month, the Los Angeles Police Department revealed that it was “highly likely” that Hernandez had been dead “several weeks” before her body was discovered.

Since the discovery of Hernandez’s body, speculation has arisen about D4vd’s relationship with the girl due to reports that he has a “Shhh” tattoo similar in position to the tattoo on her body. He also allegedly recorded a song called “Celeste.”
