new marvel series, what if…? Season 3is getting a new trailer ahead of its December release. It builds on the previous trailer, revealing additional footage of the new Avengers lineup, a team-up between the Watcher and the Celestials, and more.

With what if…? Season 3 is set to begin with its eight episodes from December 22 onwards, and Marvel has released a new trailer as part of its final promotional campaign.

The footage contains excerpts from all eight upcoming episodes. One of those things is the Mjolnir-wielding Storm’s first appearance in the MCU. The latest features Riri Williams as Superior Ironheart, offering an alternative take on the Superior Iron Man story from the comics.
Other key picks include a Winter Soldier and Red Guardian team-up episode, a Watcher and Celestials alliance episode, and most importantly, a multiverse story where Sam Wilson leads a new team of Avengers including Monica Rambeau, Moon Knight, and other MCU heroes. .
The official log of Marvel’s What If…? Season 3 reads:
“Season 3 follows classic characters who make unexpected choices that will transform their worlds into stunning alternate versions of the MCU.”
what if…? The main voice cast for Season 3 includes several returning MCU actors such as Hayley Atwell as Peggy Carter, Anthony Mackie as Captain America, Sebastian Stan as Bucky, David Harbor as Red Guardian, Mark Ruffalo as Hulk, and Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambo.
The series also returns Kathryn Hahn as Agatha Harkness, Kumail Nanjiani as Kingo, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Seth Green as Howard the Duck, Laurence Fishburne as Bill Foster, Dominic Thorne as Ironheart, and Simu Liu as Shang Chi, and Hailey. Steinfeld as Hawkeye, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, and many others.
It will premiere on December 22, and a new episode will be released daily until December 29, 2024.
