Amy Adams recently appeared Tonight show For the chat, she told host Jimmy Fallon that she would be willing to portray Trey Pain if a biopic was made.
As the interview began, Fallon showed a tweet he had written X A (formerly Twitter) user named Hunter Harris read: “Amy Adams will win an Oscar for the biopic Pine Tree,” drawing cheers from the audience. He asked Adams what he thought of the fan request and he said, “That would be great. If it gets me closer to Taylor, that would be fun.”
Amy Adams also revealed how she attended one of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour shows with her friend, which turned her into a huge fan of the singer. “I mean I’ve always loved and appreciated her music,” the actress told Fallon. And then I went to the Tour of the Ages. A friend of mine had a ticket. And then I became like a Swiftie at 50. So I’m like a 50-year-old Swiftie.
Adams also recalled the time she first met Taylor Swift at the awards show’s after-party. The actress revealed that she got the chance to sing karaoke with Swift and they both sang the song “What’s Going On.”
Taylor Swift is currently preparing to kick off the final leg of her year-long Eras Tour in Vancouver on December 6, 2024.
