NetEase Games and Marvel’s multiplayer hero shooter Marvel competitors Just days away from launch. With the game quickly approaching, several new trailers have been released featuring a host of new characters that will be joining the battle.
Wolverine, Squirrel Girl, Black Widow, Iron Fist, Cloak and Dagger are coming to Marvel Rivals
As seen in the recently released Marvel Rivals launch trailer, some fan-favorite characters will be joining the game’s roster. Wolverine, Iron Fist, Squirrel Girl, Black Widow, Cloak and Dagger will be available at launch. This particular trailer doesn’t show any gameplay, but it does highlight some classic team formations. This includes Hulk and Wolverine performing their signature fastball.
The launch trailer for Marvel Rivals features the theme song “Til the End” performed by singer Chrissy Constanza. They are currently facing the band Against the Current. She has also appeared in gaming anthems such as “Phoenix” and “Legends Never Die.” This track will be featured on the Marvel Rivals soundtrack titled Galactic Tunes, which will be available on streaming platforms on December 6. Limited edition vinyl is now available for pre order.
While the launch trailer only featured cinematics, both Squirrel Girl and Iron Fist received character reveal trailers and showcased each hero’s moveset.
“With her mammal powers and ability to communicate with squirrels, Doreen Green takes down the toughest opponents as the unbeatable Squirrel Girl,” reads the description for the newly revealed character. “With her unparalleled agility, quick reflexes, and acorn bombs, she’s ready to help her friends with a toothy smile on her face!”
“When Iron Fist embraced his new role as protector of K’un-Lun, he made it his duty to protect the mystical worlds of his own collapsed timeline,” the roster addition description says. “By focusing his own energy, he is able to amplify his iron fist to reach unimaginable power, giving him the ability to overpower anyone who gets in his way.”
