In an emotional interview posted on Araujo’s YouTube on Tuesday, Richardson explained how her relationship with Doherty began with what seemed like genuine affection and protection, but gradually turned into emotionally charged behavior.

“It was amazing, and I want people to know that it was completely different in the beginning,” Richardson said. “But it was much different behind closed doors.”

Richardson said the two first met through mutual friends in Los Angeles while she was working as a model and building her social media presence.

Initially drawn to the supportive environment and fast-paced lifestyle, Richardson said she began to develop feelings for Doherty during a group trip to Miami, where they spent time on yachts and nightclubs.

She explained: “He said to me: ‘You are the most beautiful girl I have ever seen in my life.'” “And he said, ‘I know you’re my wife because my wife will never be on OnlyFans.'”

But as the drinking and late nights continued, Richardson said she began to feel isolated.

“He was very quiet and to himself,” she recalled. “People kept telling me he liked me, but he would only talk to me when we were drunk.”

Speaking about their time together, Richardson said that despite the challenges the relationship has faced, it didn’t start out that way. “It wasn’t always toxic,” she said. “He protected me, and I felt safe — at least at first.”

The interview, which quickly gained attention online, ends with Richardson encouraging other young women to be careful and trust their instincts.

“Don’t ignore the signs,” she said. “No matter how good it looks on the outside, you never know what happens behind closed doors.”
